It's the last episode of this season of the Yoga South Africa Podcast. I am so excited to be joined by two incredible yoga teachers; Wardah Hartley and Zaakiyah Bhikha, who are the founders of Yoga in Colour.
Yoga In Colour (YIC) is a movement that bloomed out of the need for inclusive representation, diversity and community healing. YIC is dedicated to giving visibility, building community and creating safe spaces for yoga teachers and practitioners of colour to heal, grow and share knowledge.
In this episode we explore how YIC came to be, their core values as well as how to create a catalyst for change in the Yoga and Wellness Industry.
