Hello! My name is Alicja and I invite you to join me on the mat.

I truly believe that you can start a Yoga practice at any time in your life and find a mindful movement that works for your body and mind.

Find a variety of my classes in Langebaan, Western Cape, ranging from Vinyasa flow, Stretch & Release sessions to gentle Yoga practice for older practitioners as well as pre-natal practice. My Yoga sessions are facilitated in group settings or in private, in the retreat of your own home or place of stay.
