I find great joy in teaching, Yoga has transformed my life. I started practicing 27 years ago and was so fortunate to do my teacher training at Ananda Kutir 12 years ago.
I love my studios, one right on Llandudno beach, the other up in the forest. I also love meditation. Health is our wealth 💙
