Yoga found me in 2012 and I have never looked back!
Over the years my style of yoga has evolved from stictly vinyasa, to adding in more and guided meditations
Since having qualified as an aromatherapist I have intergrated scent with the power of the breath and yin/restorative yoga to create a deeply relaxing experience to target all aspects of the body and nervous system.
I am a calm and patient teacher with a personal approach. I am on a journey to oneness and living life as holistically as possible
my classes are personalised to the clients requirments
