Larissa discovered yoga while pursuing her commerce degree in Cape Town. She found yoga to be a great way to stay fit, relax and re-centre herself whenever she needed a break from the books. Larissa has, since, completed 3 teacher trainings, the most influential being an advanced teacher training in Mysore, India.
