About:
I completed my YTT200 in Sri Lanka in 2018 but have only recently started teaching full-time after leaving a career in luxury hospitality.
I am a compassionate teacher who teaches with the intention to guide, inspire and create space in my classes. I like to use balance, alignment and playfulness to leave students feeling grounded, calm, and filled with a sense of purpose.
I am currently teaching at Soulspace Studio in Kommetjie. Online classes coming soon!
