Lucia is passionate about working with individuals and small groups to enable working with everybody individually - tailoring yoga to suit them, their bodies, their fitness levels, injuries, complementing their other sports/training.
Lucia is a mother of twin boys who are now 10 and yoga has been a part of her life since long before they were born. She loves working with young children and getting their yoga journey started early! Lucia was fortunate to live in England where she had access to loads of yoga, then prenatal, then baby yoga and able to continue her practice thereafter. Completing her YTT was a no-brainer as all she want to do is teach others and hopefully turn them into teachers one day too!
