About:
I am a yoga teacher that's passionate about sharing this powerful practise with my community POC. I have been doing yoga for 11 years and what inspired me to become a teacher was the lack of access to healing spaces and lack of inclusivity within the yoga community. I believe yoga is for anyone and everyone, therefore I always encourage people to come as they are, meat-eater, plant-based, beer-drinker, wine-sipper, tea lover, young, old, whoever and however you are, there's a flow for you.
