Shariefa is the found of YOGAROOZ, which provides specialised Yoga classes for the little ones in a safe, comfortable and playful environment.
Classes aim to:
Help kids manage stress and anxiety
Help promote a healthy body
Promote concentration, mental health and confidence
Shariefa is currently based in Northcliff ext 19 but offers different types of teaching online, comfort of clients homes or home studio.
Qualifications:
Certified Children’s Yoga Instructor
