"Howzit :) I'm Sim. I'm a 200hr RYT in the KZN Midlands. Having graduated in August of 2018, I've been teaching nonstop since.

My Sankalpa for becoming a yoga teacher is to share the true healing gift that traditional yoga has blessed me with. My key interest being trauma-informed yoga therapy for young adults and teens suffering with mental illness - having been one of them, I know how absolutely kak it can be! Within the light of love and through the shadow of truth, that is where we'll meet and that is where we'll grow.
