Usisipho is a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, whose journey with yoga began as a means to achieving flexibility. Within days of practicing, she found a space not only on the mat, but within herself that she could retreat to for sanctuary at any time or place. Attaining more than just flexibility in the body, but stability in the mind and peace in the heart.” I hope that’s alright with you.
After receiving her Teacher Training certification (2019) at Earth Yoga in Johannesburg, she continued to deepen her practice through the study of Somatic Yoga.
Usisipho is currently completing a National Diploma in Fitness towards becoming a wellness and nutrition coach. She has also combined her passions for movement and wellness to bring a holistic approach to healthy living for every"body" ,through her self-funded wellness brand Holystix, committed to a positive transformation on and off the mat.
