I am driven to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone to nurture body and mind, regardless of your background or abilities. Time and accessibility can often be limiting factors in our daily lives, however I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to embark on a journey of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. If you are in the Free State area, I will travel to you, or you can select a number of venues to have your practice. I also offer online yoga classes and packages from anywhere in the world.
